Water Circulation System

Filter: Both wet curtains are uniformly equipped with a standard filter with 40 mesh precision and 50mm external thread. The shell is made of black acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer (ABS) material, which is sturdy and durable. The filter screen is made of 304 stainless steel, which has a good effect of filtering impurities and avoiding clogging of the wet curtain paper channels.
Rodent-Proof Net
Breeding sites are prone to rodent infestations, and the rodent-proof net can effectively protect the wet curtain paper from being gnawed. The basic configuration of both wet curtains is completely consistent: wire diameter 0.6±0.023mm, pore size 12mm (two meshes), material 304 stainless steel, rust-proof and corrosion-proof; according to the rodent infestation situation of the site, a thickened version with 0.8mm wire diameter or double-sided stainless steel rodent-proof net can be selected for higher protection level.
Aluminum Alloy Wet Curtain
Core advantages: Metal frame, sturdy and durable, strong installation adaptability. The combination of aluminum alloy water tank + side frame has high overall structural hardness, not easy to deform, suitable for wall-mounted and bracket-mounted installation in various breeding sites. The water circulation speed is more reasonable, suitable for medium-flow environmental control cooling systems, and not prone to water accumulation and leakage problems.
Who is it suitable for?: Conventional large-scale farms, sites with hard walls for installation, environmental control cooling systems with moderate flow, and breeding scenarios that pursue stable equipment structure and simple later maintenance.
Deep Sink Wet Curtain
Core advantages: Compared with traditional aluminum alloy wet curtains, the deep sink uses its own sink advantage for internal circulation automatic water replenishment, eliminating the need to build a water pool, solving the problems of pollution, land occupation, high investment and maintenance costs. The use of a circulating self-priming pump completely solves the problems of submersible pump rusting and garbage jamming.
Water circulation characteristics: Equal-diameter pipe matching (50mm upper water pipe + 50mm return water pipe), larger water circulation flow, adapted to large-flow environmental control systems, can quickly replenish water for the wet curtain paper, meeting the cooling needs of large areas and high loads.
Who is it suitable for?: Farms in southern high-temperature and high-humidity areas, large breeding areas, requiring 24-hour continuous cooling, and breeding scenarios with large-flow environmental control systems.
