As spring returns and everything begins to renew itself, the year-end banquet of Qingdao Famou Machinery Co., Ltd. was held on January 24, 2022, on the eve of the new year 2022. With the theme of “Dreaming of 2022,” the annual meeting summarized Famou’s work in 2021 and made new plans and prospects for 2022.
1. General Manager’s speech
At the beginning of the annual meeting, Mr. Zhai Zhiwei, the general manager, delivered an opening speech, briefly reviewing and summarizing the work of Famou in 2021, and encouraging all employees to work together in the new year. In 2022, Qingdao Famou will continue to uphold the corporate philosophy of making good products, and provide customers with more reliable products and better services with full enthusiasm.
2. Employee awards
Looking back on 2021, all achievements are inseparable from the unremitting efforts of every member of Famou. The company actively recognized the advanced workers who have achieved outstanding results in the past year, affirmed and rewarded their work, and encouraged employees to strive for excellence. Mr. Wang Lishan, deputy general manager, presented awards to the outstanding employees of the year.
3. Game lottery
What is the most anticipated part of the annual meeting? I believe you already have the answer in your heart——the lottery! The lottery and game sessions ran throughout the evening, and everyone went home with a prize.
4.Talent show
The colleagues’ wonderful performances were met with continuous applause and cheers from the audience.
5. Group photo
Looking back at 2021, we have been down-to-earth, worked hard, and taken each customer seriously. As we welcome the new year, Famou will continue to work hard to further improve product quality and customer service and contribute to the development of China’s animal husbandry industry.
