1. Wet Curtain Paper: This product is made from virgin wood pulp paper, 150mm thick and 600mm wide. It undergoes a curing process for exceptional durability;
2. Aluminum Alloy Frame: The side frames are made of anodized aluminum alloy, paired with a high-strength PVC water reservoir for a stable, corrosion-resistant, and durable structure;
3. Plumbing System: Both the water supply and drainage systems utilize PVC pipes that meet national standards, with consistent diameters for easy installation and maintenance.
4. Filter: The filter element has a 40-mesh precision, a black ABS housing, and a 304 stainless steel internal filter screen for corrosion resistance and reliable filtration.
5. Rodent Repellent: The rodent screen is made of 304 stainless steel. An optional double-sided reinforced stainless steel screen is also available for safe use and enhanced protection.

Cooling pads, with their superior cooling performance, maintain a comfortable temperature within the house, helping animals stay comfortable and effectively preventing heat stress. How Does Pad Cooling Work?
The wet curtain cooling system uses the cooling effect of water evaporating in warm outdoor air. Incoming air is drawn through a plastic wet curtain mounted in front of the air inlet, which retains moisture.
Pipes above the wet curtain distribute the water evenly, ensuring that the entire surface of the wet curtain is moistened.
As the water passes through the cooling pad, it will partially evaporate. During this evaporation process, heat is extracted from the air, lowering its temperature. At the base of the pad, the water is collected in a chute and circulated for reuse.The pad cooling system can easily be applied in combination with Climate systems for pig and poultry houses.
