Feeding line series

● Stainless steel shell, shell wall thickness 1.5mm.
● Configuration of Italian Interpretation brand motor reducer, more stable operation, longer life.
● Alloy cast aluminum master and follower wheels, reasonable tooth pitch design makes the drive run more stable and less noise.
● Drive with junction box, and configure limit protection, better protection of the drive.
● The spring adopts high-strength tensile spring and is equipped with spring puller, which provides a better travel protection for the driver, and the maintenance is convenient and reduces the number of maintenance times, and the service life is longer.
Corner assembly
● Stainless steel 304 shell, wall thickness 1.5mm, corrosion resistance, inside and outside the house can be installed.
● The inner wheel is ductile cast iron wheel, stronger to prevent breakage.
● The use of double-sided sealed ball bearings, maintenance-free, reduce operating resistance
● Fastener configuration are 304 stainless steel.
Plug chain
● High strength low carbon alloy material chain, high tensile strength, low ductility.
● The raceway disk is made of nylon material, with better anti-abrasion performance.
● Double-sided spreading wing locking structure in the combined position of the chain and the race disk, which greatly improves the friction between the race disk and the chain, ensures that the race disk does not slip, and is reliable and stable to use.
● The material pipe adopts 275g/m2 galvanized material pipe with a wall thickness of 1.5mm for better corrosion resistance.
● The material pipe is connected by flare head, which makes the operation of the race disk more stable.

A heavy cast iron corner wheel turns on a stainless steel axle and a low-friction, encapsulated ball bearing
The self cleaning design prevents feed build-up in the wheel housing providing long-term reliability
Proximity Switch
Nursery and finishing pigs can be sorted from any pen as needed since it doesn't rely on a hopper/feeder switch to activate feed cycles Empty farrowing rooms or stalls will not create issues with pig movements and feed availability
